Have you ever thought about crystal powers. some people actually believe in them.
I found some really cool info in a book listen to this.

For almost 2000 years people have called certain objects birthstones.\But people didn't start wearing them until the 1700s. Most of the birth stones are crystals, but a few are not. A pearl is not a crystal. It is made by a oyster secreting the mineral aragonite. An opal is sometimes called a gem, but it is made of a tiny ball shaped grains, not crystals.
