After looking through everyone elses results from the jelly crystals experiment I realised that my results were different.
I decided to redo my experiment and check my results.
This time I separated the crystals by putting them in separate bowls and adding cool water to one and hot to the other. I found that the hot water dissolved jelly crystals quicker than cold water.
